2009 I led the open category for about 6hrs until a bad couple of laps put me into 3rd which I maintained for the remainder of the race. Finishing 118.6 miles. This year I decided to try the Treeshaker 12hr solo on a fully rigid bike. Stupid fully rigid bike. Hands are still swollen, internal organs still sore 11 days later. I'm ordering a front fork. I bailed after 6 laps while in 2nd. Went back out for a 7th lap which confirmed that I needed to quit.
